Refund policy

1. Digital Products Delivery Policy

All products available on Sightline Publishing are delivered digitally via instant download links or instant download. Upon successful payment processing, an automated email containing your access credentials and download information will be dispatched immediately to your provided email address. No physical shipping is required.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature and immediate consumability of our products, all sales are generally final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the identical digital asset twice in a single transaction, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate item.
  • Corrupted or Broken Files: If a downloaded file is proven to be corrupt, defective, or missing key components, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours of notification, a full refund will be granted.
  • Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your download link within 20 minutes of purchase (and it is verified that it did not land in your spam/junk folder), you are eligible for a manual resolution.

3. Timeframes for Requests

Any claims regarding duplicate purchases or technical defects must be submitted via email within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date. Requests made after 7 days will not be considered for evaluation.

4. How to Submit a Request

To log an official dispute or request a refund, please email our administration desk at publishing@strategysight.net.

Your email must contain:

  1. Your full name and the email address used at checkout.
  2. Your Shopify Order Number (e.g., #1001).
  3. A brief explanation of the issue, accompanied by a screenshot if you are experiencing a technical file error.

5. Chargebacks and Fraud

We actively monitor transaction data to prevent fraudulent chargebacks. If a customer initiates a formal bank dispute (chargeback) for a digital asset that has already been successfully downloaded without first contacting our support desk, the associated user account and IP profile will be permanently blacklisted across all The Strategy Sight digital divisions.
